This page aims to support you in the process of submitting your application. From Call 2 we have incorporated an online submission process utilising the Qualtrics platform. You should still read the Guidelines and download the relevant form for your application. This will be uploaded during the process.
Go to the link in the Application form to access the PQA Qualtrics application portal. It should resemble this:
Click Next to proceed. Select the fund you are applying to and begin to fill out the survey questions.
At the bottom of the first page it is important to provide a contact within your institution who can help support you with contracts and financial arrangements.
If there are External Partners, companies or other organisations who will participate in the research project you can add details for each one in turn. If you don’t, you can skip to the next part of the process.
At the end of Section 1, we ask that you provide some details about you. This will not be shared with anyone and has no effect on your application. This information helps us ensure we meet our targets to increase access to underrepresented groups. More details can be found in Section 10 here.
Section 2 is where you can upload your main application form and separately any supplemental material like letters of support.
And that brings you to the end of the process. You should receive a copy of your submission at the email address you supplied at the start of the submission process.
